To make sure all participants are having a good time with our Soft Play and Bouncy Castles, we also have to make sure that all participants are safe. This is why when we hire out our soft play and bouncy castles/inflatables we need everyone to take a look at our terms and conditions. It is our responsibility as the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users and damage to the equipment, so we ask you to read this carefully.

 

Please abide by these rules:

 

 1: Each unit/package has an age limit. Please ensure this age limit is abided by

 

2: A responsible adult/s must supervise the Soft Play and or bouncy castle at all times

 

3: No party-poppers, coloured streamers or ‘silly string’ to be used near or on our equipment

 

4: Children using our equipment should be of the same age group

 

5: All shoes, badges, jewellery, belts, glasses must be removed

 

6: No smoking near the products

 

7: No food or drinks to be consumed on our products

 

8: Ensure the equipment is not overcrowded

 

9: Try to avoid large children and small children from using the soft play and bouncy castles at the same time

 

10:Do not play around the entrance or exit

 

11:In the event of heavy rain ask the kids to leave the equipment

 

12:The adult supervisor must watch for careless or reckless behaviour

 

13:Please have the Soft Play/inflatables ready for collection in the same state/condition as it was delivered to you

 

14:If any of the equipment is left in a dirty condition, you will be charged £25, upon collecting for cleaning

Please note that all persons using either soft play or inflatables do so at their own risk. The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible for any damage or injury occurred as a result of misuse or lack of care.These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.Any damage or theft caused to the equipment by improper use or lack of care must be paid for. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment while on hire to the hirer.If raining you can phone to cancel your booking on the day, or if you go ahead with your hire, we could not be held responsible due to bad weather. All pre-paid deposits, bookings will not be refunded if cancelled with less than 5 days notice unless due to the weather if going outdoors. If you book with us, you are agreeing to the above 'TERMS'
