Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We deliver FREE to Croydon, Bromley, Bexley, Orpington, Biggin Hill, and Sevenoaks. We also deliver to the surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply to your venue, please click our ‘AREAS’ page for all delivery areas catered for.
Q. How long will you need to set-up and pack away?
A. We require 30-45 minutes to arrive and set up and thenth same times to collect at the end of the party. Please bear this in mind if you are hiring a venue.
Q. How long is the hire period?
A. If going inside at a Venue or your at your home, As long as you require it, normally around 6 hours. (Subject to availability)
Q. Is BJ’s Soft Play is available all year round?
A. Yes! We can set up in a venue of your choice, at home or outside (weather and room size permitting,) to avoid disappointment please try and book your hire as early as possible.
Q. What age is the equipment for?
A. Our soft play and activity soft play equipment is suitable for 0-4 year olds. However, our Bouncy Castles are suitable for older children up to the age of approximately 10. This can be added on to your soft play package.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes! We have £5million Public Liability Insurance with and we are also CRB Checked. We are also members of the British Inflatable Hirers’ Alliance (BIHA), TIPE and the Bouncy castle network.
Q. How do I book?
A. Please click on the booking tab, fill out the form on-line and you will be emailed the receipt and confirmation of your booking.
Q. How do I pay?
A. The amount is then due on the day, in cash, once we have set up and you have confirmed you are 100% happy with everything. Please have the money ready for collection upon arrival as we will not leave our equipment with you if this is not ready. Our drivers will have other customers to deliver to so will not be able to wait around.
Q. What happens if the equipment gets damaged at my venue?
A. Hopefully this doesn’t happen, no reason why it should, but in the event that it does you (the hirer) with incur a charge for repair to the item or for replacing it.
Q. What preparations do I need to make before you arrive?
A. clear access to where the soft play equipment is to be set up is required. The ground/floor space should be a flat and even surface, clear of any sharp objects. We will be able to set up more quickly and enable you to get on and enjoy the play area if you make sure the area is fully clear before our arrival. Any outside space MUST be clear of dog (or any other) faeces and we reserve the right to refuse delivery if the area is not suitably clean. If this is the case your deposit will be kept.
Q.Can parents help with the children on the soft play?
A. Parents can assist the toddlers, but all shoes will need to be taken off before going on the mats to void damage.

We pride ourselves not only on providing children's parties with top quality Soft Play and inflatable fun and games, but also on the safety of our clients. This is why we would ask all clients to adhere to our terms and conditions to ensure that everybody using our Soft Play, Inflatable bouncy castles, is not only having a good time, but also remaining safe.
